Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPK3B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 594 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UPK3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ECM2, RPL23AP32, and OR7E55P. Each is linked with UPK3B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPK3B-to-partner and partner-to-UPK3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UPK3B versus ECM2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPK3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPK3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
