Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPK3B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UPK3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-693P, BNIP3P4, and RN7SL147P. Each is linked with UPK3B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPK3B-to-partner and partner-to-UPK3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-693P grouped by UPK3B-low versus UPK3B-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPK3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPK3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
