Across TCGA cell cohorts, UPK3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,962 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPK3B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of ruffle assembly, Hemidesmosome assembly, and Cell-substrate junction assembly.
