UPK3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPK3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,154 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPK3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peroxisome fission, Oxidative phosphorylation, and Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis. Each is linked with UPK3A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPK3A-to-partner and partner-to-UPK3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peroxisome fission grouped by UPK3A-low versus UPK3A-high in BLCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPK3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPK3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
