Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPK3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,361 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UPK3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are REPS2, BBOF1, and TMEM125. Each is linked with UPK3A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPK3A-to-partner and partner-to-UPK3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UPK3A versus REPS2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPK3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPK3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
