UPK3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPK3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 145 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPK3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8059, RFC3P1, and RN7SL714P. Each is linked with UPK3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPK3A-to-partner and partner-to-UPK3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8059 grouped by UPK3A-low versus UPK3A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPK3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPK3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
