Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UPK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAGLN2, MT-RNR2, and LINC01063. Each is linked with UPK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPK2-to-partner and partner-to-UPK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UPK2 versus TAGLN2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.62.
