Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 384 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UPK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP3A54P, SLCO1B3, and CHEK1. Each is linked with UPK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPK2-to-partner and partner-to-UPK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYP3A54P grouped by UPK2-low versus UPK2-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
