Across TCGA cell cohorts, UPK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,391 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPK2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of ruffle assembly, Mammary gland morphogenesis, and Response to indole-3-methanol. Each is linked with UPK2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPK2-to-partner and partner-to-UPK2 results are reported.
