Across TCGA cell cohorts, UPK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGI1, PRKAG3, and MMP20. Each is linked with UPK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPK2-to-partner and partner-to-UPK2 results are reported.
