UPK1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UPK1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,393 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPK1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBB4A, CELF5, and GNG7. Each is linked with UPK1A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPK1A-to-partner and partner-to-UPK1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UPK1A versus TUBB4A in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPK1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPK1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
