UPF3AP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPF3AP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,660 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPF3AP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STX17, TDRD7, and ZNF462. Each is linked with UPF3AP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPF3AP3-to-partner and partner-to-UPF3AP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UPF3AP3 versus STX17 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPF3AP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPF3AP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
