UPF3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPF3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,821 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPF3A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CHAMP1, CUL4A, and ARHGEF7. Each is linked with UPF3A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPF3A-to-partner and partner-to-UPF3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UPF3A versus CHAMP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPF3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPF3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
