UPF3A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPF3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,491 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPF3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNASE1L1, IL13RA1, and CPNE8. Each is linked with UPF3A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPF3A-to-partner and partner-to-UPF3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UPF3A versus DNASE1L1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPF3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPF3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
