UPF3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPF3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,180 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPF3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-147P, IGHD3-16, and TRIM48. Each is linked with UPF3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPF3A-to-partner and partner-to-UPF3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-147P grouped by UPF3A-low versus UPF3A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPF3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPF3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
