Across TCGA cell cohorts, UPF3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,461 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPF3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA repair, Ribosomal protein import into nucleus, and Microtubule nucleation. Each is linked with UPF3A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPF3A-to-partner and partner-to-UPF3A results are reported.
