UPF3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UPF3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 267 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPF3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFDP3, LCE2A, and OR2J1. Each is linked with UPF3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPF3A-to-partner and partner-to-UPF3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFDP3 grouped by UPF3A-low versus UPF3A-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPF3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPF3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
