Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UPF2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UPF2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher UPF2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UPF2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
STAD, UCEC, and PRAD are the cancer types where UPF2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
