UPF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,240 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDT5, CUL2, and RNF20. Each is linked with UPF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPF2-to-partner and partner-to-UPF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UPF2 versus NUDT5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
