Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,477 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UPF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNA2, CDC123, and SUV39H2. Each is linked with UPF2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPF2-to-partner and partner-to-UPF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UPF2 versus DNA2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
