Across TCGA cell cohorts, UPF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,025 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UPF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay, Regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay, and Negative regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay. Each is linked with UPF2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPF2-to-partner and partner-to-UPF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay grouped by UPF2-low versus UPF2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
