UPF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UPF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 530 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM160A1, GAGE12J, and TBL1Y. Each is linked with UPF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPF2-to-partner and partner-to-UPF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM160A1 grouped by UPF2-low versus UPF2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
