UPB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UPB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,418 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UPB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN3, KDELR3, and SUN2. Each is linked with UPB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UPB1-to-partner and partner-to-UPB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UPB1 versus SEPTIN3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UPB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UPB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
