UNK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,082 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SIN3A, VEZF1, and ZMYM2. Each is linked with UNK in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNK-to-partner and partner-to-UNK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNK versus SIN3A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNK→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
