Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,966 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UNG-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSHZ3, ZEB2, and TCEAL7. Each is linked with UNG in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNG-to-partner and partner-to-UNG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNG versus TSHZ3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNG→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
