Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 758 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UNG-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6V1E1P2, OR4X7P, and MIR4264. Each is linked with UNG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNG-to-partner and partner-to-UNG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP6V1E1P2 grouped by UNG-low versus UNG-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNG→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
