Across TCGA cell cohorts, UNG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,034 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Double-strand break repair via break-induced replication, DNA replication checkpoint signaling, and Cell cycle DNA replication initiation. Each is linked with UNG in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNG-to-partner and partner-to-UNG results are reported.
