Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNCX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 707 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNCX-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEPDC5, DIDO1, and SUV39H1. Each is linked with UNCX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNCX-to-partner and partner-to-UNCX results are reported.
