UNCX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNCX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNCX-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM64, RN7SL837P, and MIR4693. Each is linked with UNCX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNCX-to-partner and partner-to-UNCX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM64 grouped by UNCX-low versus UNCX-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNCX→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNCX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
