UNC93A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC93A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 176 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC93A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNX25, TACR1, and VENTX. Each is linked with UNC93A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC93A-to-partner and partner-to-UNC93A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNC93A versus SNX25 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.96.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC93A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC93A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
