Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UNC93A RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated UNC93A data layer compared with 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher UNC93A RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UNC93A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and THYM show a favorable association.

KICH, BRCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where UNC93A RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
