UNC79

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC79 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 92 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC79-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAI-1, Annexin-1, and GAPDH. Each is linked with UNC79 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC79-to-partner and partner-to-UNC79 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAI-1 grouped by UNC79-low versus UNC79-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC79→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC79) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
