UNC5D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC5D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,767 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC5D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SH3GL2, STXBP1, and CRMP1. Each is linked with UNC5D in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC5D-to-partner and partner-to-UNC5D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNC5D versus SH3GL2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC5D→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC5D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
