UNC5D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC5D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,186 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC5D-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRPSAP2, ORC4, and CSTF3. Each is linked with UNC5D in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC5D-to-partner and partner-to-UNC5D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRPSAP2 grouped by UNC5D-low versus UNC5D-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC5D→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC5D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
