UNC5D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UNC5D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,016 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC5D-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H1, GUCA1A, and ORC2. Each is linked with UNC5D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC5D-to-partner and partner-to-UNC5D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H1 grouped by UNC5D-low versus UNC5D-high in LIVER.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC5D→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC5D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
