Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UNC5CL Mutation is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UNC5CL data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher UNC5CL Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UNC5CL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP, ACC, and STAD are the cancer types where UNC5CL Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
