UNC5CL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC5CL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,479 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC5CL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KLC4, CLIC1, and TARS2. Each is linked with UNC5CL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC5CL-to-partner and partner-to-UNC5CL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNC5CL versus KLC4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC5CL→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC5CL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
