UNC5CL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC5CL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,077 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC5CL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MFAP1, COPS3, and WRAP53. Each is linked with UNC5CL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC5CL-to-partner and partner-to-UNC5CL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MFAP1 grouped by UNC5CL-low versus UNC5CL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC5CL→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC5CL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
