UNC5C

Mutation & survival
SurvivalMutationKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UNC5C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UNC5C data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher UNC5C Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UNC5C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BRCA, SCLC, and LGG are the cancer types where UNC5C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Mutation survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
