UNC5B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC5B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,934 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBN1, COL12A1, and PDGFRB. Each is linked with UNC5B in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC5B-to-partner and partner-to-UNC5B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNC5B versus FBN1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
