Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC5B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UNC5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, AMPK_pT172, and ACC1. Each is linked with UNC5B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC5B-to-partner and partner-to-UNC5B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by UNC5B-low versus UNC5B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
