Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, UNC5B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UNC5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF5, UGT2B10, and GOLGA6L6. Each is linked with UNC5B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC5B-to-partner and partner-to-UNC5B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF5 grouped by UNC5B-low versus UNC5B-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
