UNC50

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC50 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 225 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC50-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX5AP1, COPS8P1, and SQSTM1P1. Each is linked with UNC50 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC50-to-partner and partner-to-UNC50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX5AP1 grouped by UNC50-low versus UNC50-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC50→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
