Across TCGA cell cohorts, UNC45A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,011 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC45A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Signal transduction in response to DNA damage, Protein-containing complex disassembly, and Canonical glycolysis. Each is linked with UNC45A in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC45A-to-partner and partner-to-UNC45A results are reported.
