Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC13D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,054 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UNC13D-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCF2, LILRB2, and ITGAX. Each is linked with UNC13D in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC13D-to-partner and partner-to-UNC13D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNC13D versus NCF2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC13D→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC13D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
