Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC13C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,718 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UNC13C-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, SEPTIN3, and RASL10A. Each is linked with UNC13C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC13C-to-partner and partner-to-UNC13C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UNC13C versus PRODH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC13C→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC13C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
