Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UNC13C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 93 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UNC13C-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK1, c-Kit, and TFRC. Each is linked with UNC13C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC13C-to-partner and partner-to-UNC13C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDK1 grouped by UNC13C-low versus UNC13C-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC13C→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC13C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
