Across TCGA cell cohorts, UNC13C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 700 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UNC13C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of epithelial cell differentiation involved in kidney development, Positive regulation of establishment of T cell polarity, and Regulation of tumor necrosis factor (ligand) superfamily member 11 production. Each is linked with UNC13C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC13C-to-partner and partner-to-UNC13C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of epithelial cell differentiation involved in kidney development grouped by UNC13C-low versus UNC13C-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
