UNC13C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UNC13C mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,273 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UNC13C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RYR3, GLI2, and ADAMTS19. Each is linked with UNC13C in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UNC13C-to-partner and partner-to-UNC13C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RYR3 grouped by UNC13C-low versus UNC13C-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UNC13C→partner) and Y-score (partner→UNC13C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
