The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher UNC119B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UNC119B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, CESC, and PRAD are the cancer types where UNC119B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
